Berry froyo

  • Serves four

You need:

  • 200ml strawberry & raspberry Optiwell
  • 200g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 250g frozen mixed berries
  • A handful of fresh raspberries

What to do:

    1. Give your hands, utensils and kitchen surfaces a quick clean.
    2. Wash the fresh raspberries.
    3. Blend everything for around 15 seconds until it forms a smooth ice cream texture.
    4. Plonk into bowls with a few fresh raspberries on top and relax.
    5. Be sure to consume within 24 hours and don’t refreeze.
