- 200ml strawberry & raspberry Optiwell
- 200g low-fat Greek yogurt
- 250g frozen mixed berries
- A handful of fresh raspberries
What to do:
- Give your hands, utensils and kitchen surfaces a quick clean.
- Wash the fresh raspberries.
- Blend everything for around 15 seconds until it forms a smooth ice cream texture.
- Plonk into bowls with a few fresh raspberries on top and relax.
- Be sure to consume within 24 hours and don’t refreeze.
