Frozen fruity bites

  • Ludicrously easy
  • 10 minutes
  • Serves 12

You need:

  • 300ml peach & apricot Optiwell
  • 250g ripe, washed peaches & apricots, stones removed and chopped

What to do:

    1. Give your hands, utensils and kitchen surfaces a quick clean.
    2. Lay out 12 silicon cupcake moulds.
    3. Pour the Optiwell into each mould until it’s around half full.
    4. Pop the chopped fruit on top.
    5. Put in the freezer for a couple of hours.
    6. Remove from the cases once frozen.
    7. Nom nom nom nom nom.
